Sustainability
Inspiring a Love for Nature That Lasts a Lifetime
At our Forest School Nursery, sustainability is more than a practice—it is at the heart of everything we do. We believe that by helping children develop a deep connection with the natural world from an early age, we can inspire a generation that values, respects and cares for the environment.
Every day presents an opportunity for children to explore nature, understand where resources come from, and learn how even the smallest actions can have a positive impact on the world around them. Through hands-on experiences and meaningful outdoor learning, sustainability becomes a natural part of everyday life.

Learning Through Nature
Our woodland environment provides the perfect classroom for children to discover, explore and grow. Rather than simply teaching about the environment, we encourage children to experience it first-hand.
Activities include:
-
Planting flowers, vegetables and trees.
-
Caring for wildlife habitats and observing local ecosystems.
-
Exploring seasonal changes throughout the year.
-
Using natural materials for creative play and crafts.
-
Learning about composting, recycling and reducing waste.
These experiences help children develop curiosity, confidence and an appreciation for the world they live in.
